2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the documents placed on record.

3. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsels appearing on the side of the respondents submits that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.20708 of 2024 dated 26.07.2024 has been duly complied with and thereby pleaded to close the present Contempt Petition.

4. Accordingly, the present Contempt Petition is closed, as nothing survives for adjudication.
