ORDER

Contempt petition is filed against the respondent for the wilfull disobedience of the order dated 01.04.2013, made in W.P.No.6067 of 2013.

2. This Court in the W.P.No.6067 of 2013, on 01.04.2013, passed the following order:

"3.Seeking such a relief, the petitioner seems to have sent a representation dated 6.1.2011 and a reminder dated 6.2.2012, to the first respondent. Hence it would suffice to direct the first respondent to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The writ petition is ordered accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs."

Pursuant to the order of this Court, the respondent passed the order on 10.12.2015, disposing the petitioner's representation.

3. In view of the order of the respondent dated 10.12.2015, the contempt petition is merit-less. Therefore the contempt petition is dismissed. If the petitioner is in any way aggrieved by the order dated 10.12.2015, or any subsequent order, she is at liberty to challenge the same in a manner known to law.
