Seeking leave to sue the respondents, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application.

2. The applicant is the plaintiff in the suit filed for recovery of money.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the suit filed for recovery of money for the interior works carried out by the applicant at the retail outlets of the vegetable shops of the respondents. It is further submitted that the entire cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court except the fact that the respondents are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant and also considering the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
