When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the direction issued in the main writ 1/3
petition, the respondent in his proceedings in Ni.Mu.No.1080/2025/A6, dated 12.09.2025, considered the representation of the petitioner and passed an order. The copy of the order was also served to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
2. Recording the said statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, this contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent dated 12.09.2025, it is for him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
