This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.367 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent herein.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.367 of 2019, Referred Charge Sheet vide R.C.S.No.85302 was filed through e-filing on 17.09.2024 vide e-filing No.LTN2023000178C202400329 before the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

3. Since the first respondent-Police has completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
