O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent has not fixed his pay as per the recommendations of VI Pay Commission. In this regard, he had made a representation to the second respondent dated 08.04.2012 herein seeking for fixation of pay. Since the said representation has not been considered by the second respondent, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2012 on its own merits and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
