This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the final report filed in C.C.No.379 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Karaikal, Puducherry.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has received the certified copy of the said final report and is yet to file the same before the Registry.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
