Mr.M.Thamilzharasan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition, for a mandamus, directing the respondents to consider her representation dated 31.07.2018.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 31.07.2018, to register the Decree in I.A.No.70 of 2015 in O.S.No.70 of 2011 on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the file of the IV Additional District Judge, Tiruvallur @ Ponneri, dated 07.09.2017. Since no order has been passed, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and in accordance with law.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as all the necessary parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
