ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to initiate a proceedings against the first respondent and alter the FIR to file a final report to get remedy in petitioner representation dated 07.04.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.
3. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the first respondent registered FIR in Crime No.38 of 2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023. However, the first respondent failed to register the offences under Sections 126(2), 118(1), 109, 351(2)(3) of BNS, 2023.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the investigation is still pending.
5. In view of the above, if any incriminating material is attracted to
alter the offences under Sections 126(2), 118(1), 109, 351(2)(3) of BNS, 2023, the first respondent is directed to alter the offences, complete the investigation in Crime No.38 of 2025 and file a final report, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
