JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the appellants would submit that he had filed a letter dated 04.06.2025 indicating that the parties had entered into the compromise and they had filed the petition before the Trial Court and hence, he would submit that the present Second Appeal may be withdrawn in terms of the compromise.

2.Recording the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellants, the present Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
