The petitioner/Appellant has filed this petition to condone the delay of 103 days in representing the appeal against the award passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, II Additional District Court, Tiruvallur at Poonamallee, in MCOP No.185 of 2016, dated 30.07.2019.
