O R D E R
The husband of the petitioner by name, Ramasamy, was employed as Plot Watcher on temporary basis from 01.11.1982. He was subsequently given regular employment with effect from 07.8.2009. The husband of the petitioner died on 05.12.2009.
2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the earlier service rendered by him was not taken note of for the purpose of paying pension. The petitioner submitted a representation on 05.4.2014 requesting the second respondent to grant her pension taking into account the temporary services rendered by her husband from 01.11.1982 to 07.8.2009. The present request is to direct the second respondent to consider the said representation as expeditiously as possible.
3. The second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner in the light of the earlier orders in G.O.Ms.No.95, Environment and Forest Department, dated 07.8.2009 and the order implementing the direction for payment of pension in G.O.(D) No.183, Environment and Forest Department dated 18.7.2012. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
