This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the first respondent police to provide police protection to the petitioner to use the common pathway comprised in Survey No.82/3, 82/4C2, 82/4C3 situated at Ammam Palayam Village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District, based on the complaint dated 11.04.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent would submit that on the basis of the complaint dated 11.04.2021 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted in C.S.R.No.278 of 2021 and the same was closed on 12.04.2021.

4.In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this Petition and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
