This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 60 days in filing the Appeal C.M.A SR.60200 of 2021.

2. The respondents have been duly served. The name of the 2nd respondent insurance company has also been printed in the cause list today and the first respondent has also been set exparte.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the Affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed as prayed for in C.M.P No.15012 of 2021. However, it is made clear that the Appellant/ claimant is not entitled for any interest for the delay period of 60 days.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
