O R D E R

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to measure the petitioner's land viz., Old Survey No.23/2 and New Survey No.23/2B6A1 in Vellalore Village, Madukkarai Taluk, Coimbatore District by disposing of the petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2024 and the same within a time stipulated by this court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property was acquired by her father vide Partition deed Doc.No.4123 of 1920. After his death, the property devolved on the petitioner. It is the grievance of the petitioner that she has given a representation on 10.01.2024 to survey the said property and demarcate its boundaries. However, the same has not been considered by the second respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.01.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for survey of the property and demarcate the boundaries, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
