2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the proceedings of the respondent, on the face of it is illegal and such an order has been passed completely bereft of the merits of the present case.

3. In the considered view of this Court, this Court cannot go into the merits of the order passed by the respondent and it is always left open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the respondent in the manner of law. Except giving this liberty, no further orders can be passed in this Contempt Petition.
