Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.Balasubramanian for M/S.LEELA AND CO, Advocate for the petitioner and of Ms.R.Sumitha Chakkravarthi, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to bring the judgment dated 07.02.2015 in C.C. No.223 of 2012 before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court at Thirukazhukundram on record.
