This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to record the memo of compromise in the above appeal and pass a decree in accordance with the terms and conditions therein.

2. Mr.V.Nicholas, learned counsel for petitioners/appellants submitted that as the parties are close relatives and with a view to settle all the disputes between them amicably and peacefully, a compromise was arrived the appellants 2 to 6 and the 2nd respondent herein. To that effect, he has enclosed the memo of compromise along with this petition and prayed to record the same.
