Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to attach the retirement benefits of the Fist respondent to the tune of Rs.6,72,710/- (Rupees Six Lakhs Seventy Two Thousand and Seven hundred and ten only) and pay the said sum directly to the petitioner or deposit in the petitioner's Bank account.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to attach the retirement benefits of the Fist respondent to the tune of Rs.6,72,710/- (Rupees Six Lakhs Seventy Two Thousand and Seven hundred and ten only) and pay the said sum directly to the petitioner or deposit in the petitioner's Bank account.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to the effect.
3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
