Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records with respect to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in seizure Magazar (of Sri Ramana Scan Center) dated 31.01.2018 pursuant to Section 30 of Pre-conception and Prenatal Diagnostic Techniques (Regulation of Misuse) Act, 1994 and to quash the same on the ground is violative of the Act & Rule 12 of the Preconception and Prenatal Diagnostic Techniques (Regulation of Misuse) Rules, 1996.
