2020-11-03Honourable Mr Justice T.Raja1 pages

CMP.No.10499/2020 in CMA.SR.No.142827/2019 T.RAJA, J.

The CMP has been filed to condone the delay of 287 days in representing the above CMA.

2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that there was no delay in filing the appeal, however, after return from the Registry, since the returned papers were mixed with other disposed bundles, the same was not represented in time, as a result, the delay of 287 days has occurred.

3.

Though notice has been served on the respondents, no one entered appearance that shows that there is no objection for condoning the delay. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the CMP is ordered.
