O R D E R

When this Contempt Petition was taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this court, the 2nd respondent has considered the claim of the petitioner and passed an order in Proc.No.Ser.3(2)/1508/2021, dated 02.08.2021. Thus, according to the learned counsel, the order of this court has been complied with. In support of the same, he has also produced a copy of the said order. 2.The aforesaid submission made on the side of the respondents, has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this contempt petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order so passed in the manner known to law, if so advised.
