This petition has been filed to extend the time to furnish the sureties and deposit the amount ordered in Crl.O.P.No.9042 of 2024 dated 15.04.2024.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the petitioner to comply the conditions, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
