This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.13224 of 2024 dated 25.09.2024 in Crl.A.No.1190 of 2024, wherein the petitioner was directed to appear before the learned Special Judge/ Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chingleput, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders. 2.Mr.R.Ganesh Kumar, the learned Government Advocate (V & AC) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. 3.In view of the above, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.13224 of 2024 dated 25.09.2024 in Crl.A.No.1190 of 2024, stands relaxed in entirety.
