ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.08.2015 and file a charge sheet with a reasonable time. 2.It is seen that on 09.11.2014 the petitioner married to one Mr.Sivasankaran as per the hindu rites in the presence of elders of both the families. The petitioner belongs to Hindu Adi Dravidar Community. By mentioning the name of the caste of the petitioner, Usha Devi and Latha, who are the sister in laws of the petitioner, have abused the petitioner in filthy language and also continuously harassed the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent police on 28.08.2015. But, no action has been taken sofar. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present criminal original petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that earlier for the same set of allegations the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent and the enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 20.11.2015. A copy of the closure report dated 20.11.2015 has been filed before this Court.

4.Since the complaint has already been closed on 20.11.2015, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy under Section 154(3) or 156(3) of Cr.P.C. before the appropriate forum, if he so desires.
