ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to direct the first respondent to register the complaint dated 21.10.2013 alleged to have been given by the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has contended that in the complaint dated 21.10.2013, several allegations given been given so as to take cognizance of certain offences, but the first respondent has failed to look into the same and therefore, the present petition has been filed for getting the relief sought for therein.

3. On the side of the first respondent, counter has been filed, wherein it is averred that no irregularities are committed in appointment and therefore the petitioner has made baseless allegations in the complaint. Under the said circumstances, the same has not been registered.
4. Considering the rival submissions made on either side, this Court is of the view to give the following directions: "In fine, the first respondent is directed to look into the complaint dated 21.10.2013 and if any cognizable offence is made out, the first respondent is directed to proceed further."
With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
