ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 07.01.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has given a complaint to the Superintendent of Police, Vellore on 07.01.2015 and it is alleged that the same has not been forwarded to the Station House Officer of the jurisdiction police.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to give a copy of the complaint dated 07.01.2015 in person to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Inspector of Police, Walajapettai Police Station and on such complaint being given, the second respondent shall enquire into the same and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
