A.No.2089 of 2020 in C.S.SR.No.59422 of 2020 A.No.2089 of 2020 in C.S.SR.No.59422 of 2020 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J., This application has been filed seeking leave to institute the suit against the first defendant, EXIM Bank of India, having registered office at Mumbai.

2. The second defendant is also EXIM Bank of India, at is Regional office in Chennai.

3. It is stated that the third defendant which has the same address as that of the plaintiff had applied to the first and second defendant for loan and the plaintiff had stood guarantee security for the said loan.

4. Disputes arose, leading to necessity for the plaintiff to institute the suit.

5. The Registered Office of the first defendant is at Mumbai. Since, substantial cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court, as the transaction were primarily with the 2nd defendant at Chennai, leave is granted.

6. Application allowed.
