ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings, dated 23.02.2026 issued by the 3rd respondent.

2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents 5 to 8 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 5 to 8 is dispensed with by this Court.

3. This Court expressed its view to the learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ petition is not maintainable, since the 3rd respondent does not have the jurisdiction to consider the request of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty for the petitioner to file approach the civil court. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle today. Page No.2 of 4

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the civil court to seek relief as prayed for in this writ petition. The period spent by the petitioner before the 3rd respondent in the impugned proceedings as well as this Court in this writ petition shall stand excluded for the purpose of saving limitation. No costs.
