3. When this Court was about the dismiss the bail petition, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
