ORDER

Seeking demarcation of the land in survey No.3, having an extent of 0.39 cents out of 7.03 acres situated at P.Vadugapalayam Taluk, Thiruppur District by the first respondent with police protection, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.

It appears that the objection to the prayer has come from the third respondent, who has been impleaded. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to give representation to the first respondent making a specific request, as no such request is found in the typed set of papers. After receipt of the said request, the first respondent will have to conduct an enquiry and based upon the decision to be taken in the enquiry shall thereafter, decide as to whether demarcation of the survey is required or not. Incidentally, the first respondent can also seek police protection, based upon the order passed, if so required.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
