O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the aforesaid writ petition seeking to consider the representation dated 30.04.2019 submitted by the petitioner and to take appropriate action against the fourth respondent and to take the document of the petitioner on file.

2. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the official has demanded a sum of Rs.1 lakh for registering the document. Even going by the complaint of the petitioner, the document has not been registered on the ground that the original document bearing Registration No.1806 / 1968 has not been produced.

3. It is represented by Mr.T.M.Pappaiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that once the original document bearing Registration No.1806/1968 is produced, the respondents will act in accordance with law and register the document, if there are no legal impediments to it. Hence, it is open to the petitioner to produce the document bearing Registration No.1806/1968 before the respondent concerned. On production of the same, the request of the petitioner shall be considered within a period of one week, thereafter.

4. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
