This revision has been filed seeking a direction to the learned I Additional Family Court Judge, Chennai to dispose of the OP.No.831 of 2012 within a stipulated time.

2.Heard the rival submissions made on both sides and perused the records.

3.Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the proceedings are at the stage of cross examination of petitioner/husband. No allegations are raised against the respondent or against the Court.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances, this civil revision petition is disposed of, with a direction to the learned I Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the OP.No.831 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
