O R D E R
(Made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) We are not inclined to entertain the public interest litigation which really emanates from a grievance of the petitioner about the amount due to him under the Mahatma Gandhi Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme. The petitioner claims that there are other affected persons also. The matter has been looked into by the fourth respondent. If the petitioner still has a grievance, he can approach the District Collector/first respondent, who would then look into it to verify whether there is any merit or not.
2. Thus, the writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
