The present Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to file Criminal Appeal against the judgement dated 30.08.2022 made in C.C.No.155 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Gudiyatham.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
