2. When the matter came up for admission, I called for a report from the learned Subordinate Judge, Harur as to how long he would require to dispose of the suit.

3. The learned Judge sent a report dated 21.11.2024 stating that the suit is in the stage of trial and as the first defendant has died on 26.09.2023, the case is posted for taking steps to implead the legal representatives of the first defendant.

4. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Judge, the learned Subordinate Judge, Harur is directed to dispose off O.S.No.95 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
