ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue residential patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 28.01.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Mr.P.Dinesh Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent and Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent.
3. According to the petitioner, her paternal grandfather Mr.A.Subbarayalu was assigned the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition in the year 1935 by the Government. According to the petitioner, the petitioner's father, after the death of the Page No.2 of 6
petitioner's paternal grandfather Subbarayalu was in possession of the property. Thereafter, the petitioner claims that she came into possession of the subject property. She seeks grant of patta in her name for the subject property. She had given a representation on 28.01.2026 to the respondents requesting them to issue patta in her name for the subject property. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
4. The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this writ petition in support of the petitioner's representation seeking grant of patta in her name for the subject property. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the same.
5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 28.01.2026 seeking issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the 1st respondent and any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
