Writ Petition , filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the Impugned Notification in G.O. (Ms).No.40, Municipal Administration & Water Supply (MC-4), dated 24.02.2010 by the second respondent and to quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to follow the Tamilnadu Municipal Corporations General Service Rules strictly by giving proper representation to the Municipal Commissioners, who are working in Tamilnadu Municipal Administration Department, as per the seniority list.
