The petitioner was placed under suspension by order dated 26.11.2014. The petitioner submitted a representation on 06.12.2014 requesting the respondent to review the suspension. Since follow up action was not taken by the respondent pursuant to the representation, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. The respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 06.12.2014 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
