Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of minutes of the meeting with Deputy Commissioner (Health) dated 29.04.2014 Proceeding No. 1142/6(b) issued by the 2nd respondent, quash the same and direct the respondents to pass necessary orders to operate the Large Vehicles in eradication of mosquitoes in all the Zones of Corporation of Chennai.
