PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records leading to the issuance of the original impugned High Tension Bills (Provisional) issued by the 2nd respondent for the month of April 2020 (Bill 9094010342052001 dated 06.05.2020), May 2020 (Bill No.9094010342062003 dated 05.06.2020), June 2020 (Bill No.9094010342072001 dated 03.07.2020), July, 2020 (Bill No.9094010342082001 dated 05.08.2020) and for the Month of August, 2020 (Bill No.9094010342092001 dated 05.09.2020) pertaining to Service No.099094010342 in violation Regulation 6(b) of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Supply Code, 2004 and quash the same and direct the respondents to raise the monthly Bill calculating the Minimum Charges at the rate of 20% of the contracted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Consequently, the directions issued by this Court in the batch of writ petitions be equally applied to the present writ petition also.
