The Petitioner had filed this Petition, seeking to implead the third Respondent herein as a Respondent in the Writ Petition.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the Petitioner's Complaint was received by the second Respondent and the same was pending.

3. Since the Petition is filed based on the direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.13139 of 2021, this Petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to permit the learned counsel for the Petitioner to carry out necessary amendments.
