With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondent herein to dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 03.01.2024 in No. 2024/ 0123 / 35/ 000428 seeking to survey the petitioner property situated at Kayarambedu Village, Chengalpet Taluk, Chengalpet District in Survey No.372/ 4A1A1 comprised in Patta no.11954.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

The case of the petitioner is that the subject property has been settled in favour of the petitioner by her father vde settlement deed dated 14.12.2023 and after the settlement, patta has also been mutated in favour of the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that though she has given an online for surveying his land and fixation of boundaries, the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 2/4

03.01.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interest persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
