ORDER

This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4399 of 2026 in Crl.R.C.No.580 of 2026 dated 09.03.2026.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court had directed the petitioner to deposit 40% of the cheque amount and he would further submitted that the petitioner has taken demand draft, however the time was lapsed. Hence, he sought for extension of time.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and one week time is granted to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4399 of 2026 in Crl.R.C.No.580 of 2026 dated 09.03.2026 from the date of the order uploaded in the website and no further extension of time will be granted.
