Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's Revision Petition dated 14.08.2017 against the order of the Senior Regional Manager dated 17.06.2017 thereby directing the respondent to dispose of the revision in a time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's Revision Petition dated 14.08.2017 which was preferred against the order of the Senior Regional Manager dated 17.06.2017, within a period stipulated by this Court. 2.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent. 3.

This Court is unable to find any inaction on the part of the Revisional Authority as the petitioner was dismissed from service only by order dated 14.03.2017 by the District Manager. Since this Court finds that the petitioner is not able to eke out his livelihood in view of his dismissal from service, the 1st respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's Revision Petition dated 14.08.2017 on merits and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
