Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to provide suitable employment to the petitioner taking note of his minimum educational qualification in any establishment coming within the administrative jurisdiction in the light of his representation dated 09.07.2015.

By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner claims that he belongs to Scheduled Caste community and also having poor economic background and he has studied upto 10th standard and on account of poverty, he could not continue his further education. The petitioner got his name registered in the jurisdictional employment exchange even in the year 1990 and periodically renewed the same for over 25 years. It is the claim of the petitioner that in terms of his educational qualification, there are very many jobs available in various establishments coming under the administration of the State Government and though he is aged about 42 years, he is yet to be given any opportunity to get a public employment and in this regard, he has submitted a representation dated 09.07.2015 to the respondents and since no response is forthcoming, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the facts and circumstances, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2015 in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
