ORDER
By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner, at present, is working as Noon Meal Organiser in Panchayat Union Primary School, Devaganapalli, Thalli Block, Krishnagiri District. He was appointed in the said post during the year 1983 and he was placed under suspension during the year 1984. He was reinstated into service during August, 2009. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that the pay fixation in respect of one Mr.Narayana Reddy, who is a junior to the petitioner is higher than that of the petitioner and in this regard, he has submitted a representation dated 29.07.2015 to the respondent praying for fixation of pay on par with his junior viz., Mr.Narayana Reddy. Though it was received and acknowledged, the petitioner is yet to be favoured with any response and hence came forward to file this writ petition.
3.Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
