Petition praying that to issue necessary direction to the respondents herein to take action on the petitioner's complainant more particulary the Complainant dated 21/02/2013 given to the Honourable Chief Minister's Public Grievance Cell Fort St.George Chennai-9 and forwarded to the first Respondent Complaint dt.4.3.13 given to the first respondent and forwarded to the respondents two and three by registering the FIR against the persons named in the complaint securing the persons for investigation into the matter and acting in accordance with law thereby preventing illegal grabbing of the properties from the lawful owners.

TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The parties to both the writs, represented by their respective counsel, viz., Mr.P.Palaniyandy, Mr.P.Ramaraj, present. The dispute in the writ relates to registration of two documents, which are sought to be cancelled on some grounds, which were considered by the Hon'ble High Court. After disputes and many orders, before the Hon'ble High Court, wisdom dawn in the minds of the parties, and they have settled the matters, amicably giving quites to both the writs, as well as the contempt petition.

2. Based upon the settlement reached between the parties, the terms of the settlement are reduced in writing, in which the parties have signed including their advocates. The parties to the compromise, on enquiry, have also accepted the terms of the compromise, requesting to record the same and dispose the cases, which request is conceded and recorded. The Joint Compromise Memo dated 25.07.2018 filed before this Forum is recorded and shall form part of this order. Thus, recording the Joint Compromise Memo as well as, as per the endorsements made by the parties, both the Writ Petitions and the Contempt Petition are dismissed, as withdrawn, in view of the settlement as well as, as per the endorsement made by the parties. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions if any are closed. Sd/-
