Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for entire records in connection with the impugned memorandum issued by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.18920/2013/A3 dated 13.07.2015 dissenting the findings of the Enquiry Officer/the third respondent holding the charges as "Not Proved" and quash the same.

The writ petition has been listed under the caption 'for withdrawal' on the basis of the letter dated 23.3.2017 given by the learned counsel for the petitioner before the Registry.
