Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner should stay at Trichy and report before the Trichy Town Hall Police Station daily at 10.30 A.M and 5.30 P.M until further orders in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.11855 of 2022 on 23.05.2022 on the file of this Honble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.11855 of 2022 on 23.05.2022 to stay at Trichy and report before the Trichy Town Hall Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police twice in a week, i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., until further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
